1. Information about the Service Provider: <\/b><\/p>\n

M\u00e1tra T\u00farak\u00f6zpont – Pension<\/b>, 3242 Par\u00e1dsasv\u00e1r, II. R\u00e1k\u00f3czi Ferenc \u00fat 54.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. General rules
<\/b>2.1 These “General Terms and Conditions” regulate the use of the accommodation and services of the Service Provider.
2.2 Special, individual conditions do not form part of the General Terms and Conditions, but do not exclude the conclusion of separate agreements with travel agents, tour operators, and sometimes other conditions appropriate to the type of business. <\/p>\n

3. Contracting Party
<\/b>3.1 The services provided by the Service Provider are used by the Guest.
3.2 If the order for the services is placed directly by the Guest to the Service Provider, the Guest is the Contracting Party. The Service Provider and the Guest shall become contracting parties (hereinafter referred to as the Parties), provided that the conditions are fulfilled.
3.3. In this case, the Service Provider shall not be obliged to verify whether the third party legally represents the Guest. <\/p>\n

4. Establishment of the Contract, method of booking, modification, notification
<\/b>4.1 The Service Provider will send an offer to the Guest’s request for an offer sent orally or in writing. If no specific order is received within 24 hours of the offer being sent, the Service Provider’s obligation to make an offer shall cease.
4.2. The Contract shall be deemed to have been concluded upon written confirmation by the Service Provider of the Guest’s written or oral reservation and upon the crediting of the fee to the Service Provider’s bank account, and shall therefore be deemed to have been concluded in writing. A verbal reservation, agreement, modification or oral confirmation of the same by the Service Provider shall not be deemed to be a contract.
4.3. The Contract for the use of the accommodation service is valid for a fixed period.
4.3.1. The Service Provider shall be entitled to resell the room vacated before the expiry date.
4.3.2. Any extension of the use of the accommodation service initiated by the Guest shall require the prior consent of the Service Provider.
4.4. Any amendment and\/or supplement to the Contract shall require a written agreement signed by the Parties.
4.5 Only Guests who have made a reservation and registered their arrival in accordance with the tourist regulations prior to arrival shall be allowed to stay in the Villa and the Pension. The presence of unregistered guests and pets in the Villa is strictly prohibited and will be subject to severe consequences. Dogs are allowed in the designated rooms, but only with prior, case-by-case consent in the closed areas of the catering unit.
4.6 Upon arrival, the guest accepts the House Rules and other rules that are available on the website, as well as the obligations under or in addition to the current GTC and the resulting liability for damages.
4 .7 The guest is obliged to comply with the obligation to provide the service provider with the information required by the current Tourism Act. <\/p>\n

5. Cancellation conditions
<\/b>5.1 Unless otherwise specified in the offer of accommodation, cancellation of the accommodation service is possible 14 calendar days prior to the date of arrival. Within this period, the Guest is liable to pay a penalty.
5.2 The Service Provider shall lay down different terms and conditions from those set out above in an individual contract in the case of reservations of products subject to special conditions, group travel or events. <\/p>

5.3 In the case of the Villa, the cancellation penalty is 30% (30%) within 14 days and 50% (fifty percent) within 5 days. The Service Provider is entitled to offset this against the advance invoice issued. <\/p>\n

6. Prices
<\/b>6.1 The current prices are published on the website for the Villa and<\/a> on the website of our partner booking.com and sz\u00e1ll\u00e1s.hu for the Bed and Breakfast.  
6.2 The Service Provider is free to change the advertised prices without prior notice, without prejudice to valid reservations.
6.3 When publishing the prices, the Service Provider shall indicate the statutory rate of the tax content (VAT, IFA) applicable at the time of the offer. The Service Provider shall pass on to the Contracting Party any additional charges due to changes in the applicable tax law (VAT, IFA), subject to prior notification.
6.4. <\/p>\n

6.5 In the case of the Villa, the whole house can only be rented as one unit, the price of which is available on the website under Villa. The price of the accommodation includes VAT, but not the tourist tax (IFA). This is HUF 500 per night per guest, except for guest nights under 18 years. <\/p>\n

7. Method of payment, guarantee
<\/b>7.1 The Service Provider shall claim the remuneration for the services provided to the Contracting Party no later than 30 days prior to the date of receipt, but may also provide for the possibility of subsequent payment by individual prior agreement.
7.2. The Service Provider may request a credit card guarantee to guarantee the use of the service in accordance with the Contract and the payment of the consideration:
1. a) whereby the service ordered and confirmed is blocked on the credit card for the consideration,
2. b) may request an advance payment of part or the full amount of the participation fee
7.3. The invoice of the Contracting Party may be settled in the following currencies: Hungarian forint.
The invoice will be issued in HUF in accordance with Hungarian tax regulations. The price of the services may be converted into Euro at the daily exchange rate of the Service Provider’s bank on the day of the guest’s arrival. In addition to cash payment, the Service Provider accepts advance bank transfers and on-site card payments. <\/p>\n

8. Method and conditions of use
<\/b>8.1 The Guest may check in on the day of arrival between 15:00 and 18:00 and check out on the last day of stay before 10:00 a.m. Earlier or later check in and check out is possible upon agreement and subject to a charge of 10.000,- + applicable VAT.
8.2. If the Guest wishes to check in before 9.00 a.m. on the day of arrival, the previous night will be charged, but only by prior arrangement. <\/p>\n

9. Pets
<\/b>9.1 Small pets are usually allowed in the Pension, but may be kept under the supervision of the Guest only in the area designated by the host, subject to prior agreement and approval. It is strictly forbidden to bring pets into the on-site kennels. Pets are not allowed in the Villa.
9.2. The Guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by the pet.
9.3. Guide dogs are allowed.
9.4. Pets are not subject to a separate charge.
9.5. Pets may be brought into the accommodation if they are 100% house-trained, for which the Guest is fully responsible.
9.5..5. <\/p>\n

10. Smoking Regulations
<\/b>According to Article 2 (1) of Act XLII of 1999 (amended by Act CLXXXI of 2005) – On the Protection of Non-Smokers and Certain Rules for the Consumption of Tobacco Products – smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas. Accordingly, smoking is allowed outside the premises of the M\u00e1tra Tour Centre, at least 5 metres from the entrance, in the designated area. <\/p>\n

11. Refusal to perform the contract, termination of the service obligation
<\/b>11.1 The Service Provider is entitled to terminate the contract for accommodation services with immediate effect, and thus refuse to provide the services, if:
1. a) the Guest does not use the room or facility provided for the purpose for which it was provided.
2. b) the Guest does not respect the safety rules and regulations of the accommodation, behaves in a disrespectful or rude manner with its staff, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or displays threatening, abusive or other unacceptable behaviour
3. c) the Guest suffers from a communicable disease
4. d) the Contractor fails to fulfil the payment obligation specified in the Contract by the specified date
5. e) the Guest does not comply with the rules and regulations of the accommodation as set out in the signed document of handover of the villa 5. f) the Guest does not comply with the rules and regulations of the accommodation as set out in the contract <\/p>\n

12. If the contract between the parties is not fulfilled for reasons of “force majeure”, the contract shall be terminated.
<\/b>The Service Provider is obliged to provide the services specified in the Contract, at the price confirmed therein, for the duration specified therein.<\/p>\n

13. Sickness or death of the Guest
<\/b>13.1 If the Guest falls ill during the period of using the accommodation service and is unable to act in his\/her own interest, the Service Provider will offer medical assistance.
13.2. In the event of illness\/death of the Guest, the Service Provider shall be entitled to compensation from the sick\/deceased person’s relatives, heirs or bill payers for any medical and procedural expenses, the value of services used prior to the death, and any damage to equipment and furnishings caused by the illness\/death.
13.3. The duration of the stay may be postponed to weekdays in agreement with the service provider.  The guest may, at his\/her own expense, take out his\/her own travel insurance to cover any damage resulting from such events.<\/p>\n

14. Rights of the Contracting Party
<\/b>14.1 Under the Contract, the Guest is entitled to the proper use of the room ordered and of the facilities of the accommodation, which are included in the normal scope of services and are not subject to special conditions.
14.2 The Guest may lodge a complaint about the performance of the services provided by the Service Provider during the stay at the accommodation. During this period, the Service Provider undertakes to deal with any complaint submitted to it (or recorded by it) with written proof.
14.3. <\/p>\n

15. Obligations of the Contracting Party
<\/b>15.1 The Contracting Party shall pay the price for the services ordered in the Contract by the time and in the manner specified in the Contract and the offer.
15.2 The Guest shall ensure that any child under the age of 14 who is under the responsibility of the Guest is only under the supervision of an adult when staying at the accommodation of the Service Provider.
15.3. The contracting party may use all machines and equipment (kitchen utensils, showers, wellness area machines, fireplaces, etc.) in the accommodation only at his\/her own risk, knowing how they are used and to the best of his\/her knowledge. The Contracting Party is liable for damages and injuries resulting from improper use. <\/p>\n

15.4 The rules for the use of the pool are set out in a separate set of rules. Guests staying in the Villa are entitled to use the pool. <\/p>\n

16. Liability for damages of the Contractor
<\/b>The Guest is liable to the Service Provider for all damages and disadvantages caused by the Guest or his\/her companion or their pets, or by the fault of other persons\/guests under his\/her responsibility. This liability shall also apply if the injured party is entitled to claim compensation for his\/her damage directly from the Service Provider. <\/p>\n

17.Rights of the Service Provider
<\/b>If the Guest does not fulfil his\/her obligation to pay the fee for the services used or ordered in the Contract but not used, or does not compensate for the damages caused by him\/her, the Service Provider shall be entitled to a lien on the Guest’s personal property that he\/she brought with him\/her to the hotel, but the Service Provider may also claim it in civil proceedings.<\/p>\n

18. Obligations of the Service Provider
<\/b>The Service Provider is obliged:
a) to provide the accommodation and other services ordered under the contract in accordance with the applicable regulations and service standards
b) to investigate the written complaint of the guest and to take the necessary steps to solve the problem, which must be recorded in writing.<\/p>\n

19. Liability of the Service Provider for damages
<\/b>19.1 The Service Provider is liable for any damage caused to the Guest within the facilities due to the fault of the Service Provider or its employees. The assumption of liability shall be in accordance with the signed document of handover of the villa.
19.1.1 The Service Provider shall not be liable for damage caused by any cause beyond the control of the Service Provider’s employees and guests or caused by the Guest himself.
19.1.2 The Service Provider may designate places in the hotel where the Guest is not allowed to enter. These areas are the boiler room and the laundry room. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage or injury caused in such places.
19.1.3. The Guest must immediately report any damage suffered by him\/her and provide all necessary information required to clarify the circumstances of the damage, possibly for the purpose of the police report\/police procedure.
19.1.3..1.4 The Service Provider shall be liable for valuables, securities and cash only if it has expressly accepted them for safekeeping and recorded in a protocol (but this shall not be an obligation for the Service Provider), and in no other case shall the Service Provider assume any liability whatsoever for them. <\/p>\n

20.Force majeure
<\/b>In the event of a cause or circumstance (for example: war, fire, flood, adverse weather, power failure, strike) over which a party has no control (force majeure), either party shall be excused from performing its obligations under the Contract for as long as such cause or circumstance exists. The Parties agree to use their best endeavours to minimise the possibility of such causes or circumstances occurring and to remedy any damage or delay caused thereby as soon as possible. <\/p>\n

21. Applicable law in the legal relationship of the parties, competent court
<\/b>The legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Contracting Party shall be governed by the provisions of local law. Any dispute arising out of the Service Contract shall be settled by the competent court in the place where the Service is provided. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
