All guests may use the Hot Tub at their own risk and in accordance with the rules below. By signing this document, the person taking over the Villa certifies that he\/she has informed all guests of the rules below and that he\/she accepts them. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. <\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. A hot tub is not for bathing, but for relaxing. A thorough shower before use is mandatory, thus reducing the entry of impurities into the pool water area. <\/li>\n
  2. Only wear a clean swimsuit when in the pool.<\/li>\n
  3. The pool can accommodate up to 4 people at a time, ensuring water quality is maintained and safe to use.<\/li>\n
  4. Children under 14 years of age must be carefully supervised by an adult when using the pool! Children should not use the pool if the water temperature exceeds 37 degrees Celsius! <\/li>\n
  5. As prolonged bathing in water with a temperature of over 38\u00b0C can be harmful to health, we recommend that young children and those sensitive to warm water use the pool at lower temperatures and for shorter periods!<\/li>\n
  6. Don’t let the child dunk its head under water!<\/li>\n
  7. Do not use the pool if the protective elements preventing the suction of body parts and hair are removed! Do not sit in front of or above the water filter opening as this may obstruct the circulation of water and cause personal injury. <\/li>\n
  8. Do not operate the circulating pump with the nozzles fully closed!<\/li>\n
  9. When the pool is not in use, the safety thermo cover must always be fitted and closed! When removing the thermal roof, unlock both straps and have two persons place it safely on the terrace! <\/li>\n
  10. Pregnant women, persons under medical treatment or persons with circulatory problems should seek medical advice before using the pool.<\/li>\n
  11. Be careful when getting in and out of the bath! Do not use any electrical equipment (e.g. lamps, hairdryers, radios, televisions) within 1.5 metres of the pool (except for appliances using 12 volts or less). <\/li>\n
  12. This hot tub is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed in the use of the device by a person who is responsible for their safety!<\/li>\n
  13. To avoid loss of consciousness and possible drowning, do not use drugs or drink alcohol before or during bathing.<\/li>\n
  14. Bringing food or drinks into the pool is strictly forbidden! Use only plastic or other non-breakable cups and containers around the pool! <\/li>\n
  15. If the water in the pool needs to be changed due to improper use (e.g. spilled drinks, food, too many people using the pool at the same time, bathing with dirty, sandy clothing, use of sunscreen), the cost of this must be paid by the guests. The cost of this is HUF 25.000. The cost of repair resulting from improper use shall be borne by the guest. <\/li>\n
