    Linen

    Bed linen is changed 1 time per week. On request, clean linen can be provided daily for a fee. Please contact your host.

    Table, desk

    A desk with a notepad and pen is provided in each room.

    Baby-friendly services

    Guests with children can request a mobile baby cot, high chair and baby bath.

    Check-in (check-in)

    You can book your room from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Earlier arrival is possible between 11 am and 2 pm, depending on availability, for a fee of 10.000USD.

    Check-out (check-out)

    Check-out by 11 am on the day of travel. Late check-out is subject to availability: until 17:00 for a fee of 10.000HUF per room. The driver and/or his/her representative will be present at the arrival/departure time (on request). The service provider is available by telephone 24 hours a day.

    Breakfast

    Our guests have the possibility to book with breakfast for 3.000 HUF/person/day

    Infrared sauna, panorama sauna, sauna, sauna, sauna

    There is an infrared sauna in the guest house, a panoramic sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi in the fenced courtyard at the back, please refer to the separate information leaflet at the end of this brochure, on the website or on the separate form provided. Use of the wellness facilities is by appointment and can be booked at reception or by telephone.

    Smoking

    Smoking is not permitted in the entire property. The designated smoking area is 5 metres from the entrance. Smoke detectors are installed in the rooms.

    230 volts.

    Booking, room reservation

    Reservations can be made in person, by phone, e-mail and online. Cancellation is possible free of charge 7 days before arrival. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days, 100% of the fee will be charged.

    Please contact your host if you lose or find an item in the property.

    Bathroom

    100% of the rooms have bathrooms equipped with toilet, shower, washbasin, mirror, power socket, towel rail, hanger, hanging rail, large hanging space, soap/liquid soap, shower gel, spare toilet paper, hairdryer.

    Hair dryer

    Wall-mounted hairdryers are available in the bathrooms and can be requested at reception.

    Bathrobe, slippers

    Available at the reception.

    Internet access / WIFI

    High-speed wireless internet access is available in public areas and rooms. The wifi code will be provided by the host.

    Damages, compensation, settlement of claims

    Equipment and facilities in rooms and common areas must be used for their intended purpose. In the event of any damage, the host must be informed and the damage must be repaired immediately.

    Lamps, sockets, lighting

    The pension has adequate lighting in both the rooms and the common areas. There are free sockets in each room and reading lamps above/next to the beds.

    Parking

    Parking is available on the roadside in front of the main entrance, and there is a free car park with clay pavement opposite the property.

    Pillow

    We provide 2 pillows (1 small, 1 large) per guest. Extra pillow available on request. Please contact your host.

    Paplan

    A spare blanket can be requested. Please contact your host for details.

    Extra bed, cot

    Depending on the size of some rooms, it is possible to accommodate cots or extra beds. Please contact your host.

    Radio

    The TV set in the accommodation is suitable to receive national radio channels.

    Chair

    The property offers 1 seating area per bed in the rooms, of which at least one chair is provided for guests.

    Cleaning

    Cleaning once a week with change of bed linen and towels. Please contact your host for daily cleaning.

    Terrace with seating

    The property has a barbecue terrace. On the terrace there is seating, a table for guests, a bacon oven and a cooking area.

    Towel, towel replacement

    Guests are provided with 1 towel and 1 bath towel per person. One small cosmetic towel per room (grey). At our accommodation, we change the towels in the room at least every 4 days. Please inform your host if you require anything else.

    Television

    The property has a flat-screen TV. Streaming channels and a wide selection of radio channels are available.

    Safe

    In our rooms, there is a safe in the wardrobe, with instructions for use on a separate form in the safe. For other assistance, please contact your host.

    Electric car – charging

    We have 1 Type 2 fast charger in our Pension. You must provide the charging cable. Please ask your accommodation provider about the use and charges.

    Piped water

    Tap water is available throughout the municipality.

    Currency exchange

    Currency exchange is not available at the property.

    There is one grocery store in Parádsasvár, the Mini ABC, open from 07:00 to 15:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays. Other shops can be found in Parád. For detailed information, please contact your host.

    Sauna Rules of Use

    Rules of use of the sauna: All guests may use the sauna at their own risk and in accordance with the rules below.

    The sauna is open every day between 14:00 and 21:00!

    Please inform us at least 3 hours in advance if you wish to use the sauna!

    1. Shower before using the sauna: Take a shower before entering the sauna. Before entering the sauna, it is safe to use a shower gel or soap. After the sauna, shower only with plain water to avoid damaging the pores with chemicals. Showers are available in the outdoor shower room next to the sauna, except during the winter months, otherwise please shower in your room.
    2. Proper attire: please wear swimwear when using our saunas. There is a changing room next to the panorama sauna if you wish to change here.
    3. Higienia: Take care never to sit or lie naked on the tree. It is not appropriate and not recommended from a health point of view. Spread the bath towel on the tree so that your whole body fits over it, thus preventing your body from coming into direct contact with the tree.
    4. Slippers and shoes: please leave your shoes outside the sauna house! Slippers should be left outside the sauna, near the door. Never sit on the benches in slippers.
    5. The law of relaxation in the sauna: The sauna is a meditative and relaxing experience. It is a meditative and relaxing experience. It is not appropriate to disturb the tranquillity of those enjoying the sauna with loud, meaningless and uninterrupted speech. This also applies to the time spent in the sauna and to the indoor and outdoor relaxation areas of the sauna.
    6. Use of an hourglass: maximum stay is 15 minutes.
    7. Pouring and sauna oils: never drop sauna oils on the sauna stones, but in the sauna bucket placed in front of the sauna. Before sauna oil is used, ask others present if they approve of pouring the specific oil. Do not use too much of the oil (maximum 5 drops) even if the common sauna users agree to use the oil. Never pour water from a bucket onto the sauna stones. Damage caused by improper use is the responsibility of the guest. Please note that when the water is poured, it immediately turns into hot steam.
    8. Sauna door: always make sure that the sauna door is closed behind you.
    9. Sauna temperature: as the heat automatically rises, the heat is at its highest near the top. Please take this into account as a beginner.
    10. Consumption: food and drinks are not allowed in the sauna and steam room, but it is strongly recommended to refill your water after the sauna.
    11. Children: saunas are not allowed for children under 14 years.
    12. Temperature: consult our colleagues before first use to help you understand the instructions.
    13. Liability for the use of the sauna: the operator is not liable for any accidents that may occur in the sauna due to improper use. Persons with medical restrictions are not allowed to use the sauna. Anyone using the sauna is solely responsible for their own use. The sauna stove is equipped with a safety grid to avoid possible burns.

    Hot Tub Rules

    Rules of use of the pool: all guests may use the pool at their own risk and in accordance with the rules below.Children under 14 may only use the pool under the supervision of a parent.

    The pool is open every day between 14:00 and 21:00!

    Please notify your intention to swim at least 3 hours in advance!

    1. A hot tub is not for bathing, but for relaxing. A thorough shower before use is mandatory, thus reducing the entry of foreign substances and other impurities into the pool water area.
    2. Only wear a clean swimsuit in the pool
    3. The pool can accommodate up to 4 people at a time, ensuring water quality and safe use.
    4. Children under 14 years of age must be carefully supervised by an adult when using the pool! Children should not use the pool if the water temperature exceeds 37 degrees Celsius!
    5. As prolonged bathing in water with a temperature above 38°C can be harmful to health, we recommend that young children and those sensitive to warm water use the pool at lower temperatures and for shorter periods!
    6. Don’t let the child dunk its head under water!
    7. Do not use the pool if the protective elements preventing the suction of body parts and hair are removed! Do not sit in front of or above the water filter opening as this may obstruct water circulation and cause personal injury.
    8. Do not operate the circulating pump with the nozzles fully closed!
    9. When the pool is not in use, the safety thermo cover must always be provided and closed! When removing the thermo cover, LIFT OFF ALL 1 2 PANELS, PLACE THEM 2 SEMI SAFELY ON THE PASSENGER!
    10. Pregnant women, persons under medical treatment or persons with circulatory problems should seek medical advice before using the pool.
    11. Be careful when getting in and out of the car! Do not use any electrical appliances (such as lamps, hairdryers, radios, televisions) within 1.5 metres of the pool (except for appliances using 12 volts or less).
    12. This handset is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed in the use of the device by a person who is responsible for their safety!
    13. To avoid loss of consciousness and possible drowning, do not use drugs or drink alcohol before or during bathing.
    14. Bringing food or drinks into the pool is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! Use only plastic or other non-breakable cups and containers around the pool!
    15. If the water in the pool needs to be changed due to improper use (e.g. spilled drinks, food, too many people using the pool at the same time, bathing with dirty, sandy clothing, use of sunscreen), the cost of the change must be paid by the Guests. The fee for this is 25.000 Ft. The cost of repairing the use resulting from improper operation shall be borne by the GUEST.
